Job Title: Construction Site Workers (Screw Pole Foundations)

Position Overview: Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team? We are actively seeking dedicated Construction Site Workers to join our ranks, focusing primarily on the operation and maintenance of equipment related to screw pole foundations. We are looking for individuals who embody a serious, long-term work mentality and are ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the concrete pump with precision and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, including the drilling rig, excavator, and concrete pump, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the construction site, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Skillfully place and adjust reinforcement, guaranteeing installations meet planned heights and specifications.
• Finish screw piles to exact specifications, demonstrating attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Offer assistance with various construction team activities as required, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable professional experience in construction, foundation markets, or earthmoving.
• Possession of a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one within 4 weeks, showcasing commitment to safety standards.
• Structured and engaged working approach with exceptional English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Transportation: Must possess a car with a valid DL B; preferably, possess a driving license C/E.
• Necessary Tools: Safety shoes, working clothes, and safety glasses.
• Starting Date: Immediate
• Only EU Citizens holding an EU Passport may apply.

Location: Netherlands area

Wages:

• For a 40-hour workweek, we offer a competitive wage ranging from 550€ to 600€- after taxes.
• All offers include a complimentary single room within a maximum 30-minute drive from the work site, along with free health insurance.
• We provide cars, available for 75€ per week, which covers legal taxes for a company car. Moreover, normal or electric bikes are available.
